Welcome to DutchProNAS. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the DutchProNAS webshop.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. Minor differences in appearance or packaging may occur without affecting product functionality.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders become binding once payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

Payments are securely processed by our payment partner, Mollie B.V.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the Netherlands and selected European countries.

Estimated delivery times are normally 3–5 business days but may vary depending on product availability and courier services.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returned products must be complete and returned in good condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned Product or proof of shipment.

9. Warranty

All Products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee under Dutch law.

Where applicable, additional manufacturer’s warranty is provided as stated on the product page.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation or normal wear and tear.

10. Open-Source Software Licenses

Certain Products supplied by DutchProNAS may include or be pre-configured with open-source software, including but not limited to TrueNAS®, Nextcloud®, Linux®, Docker® and other open-source components.

These software applications are licensed under their respective open-source licenses and remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. DutchProNAS does not claim ownership of any third-party software included with its Products.

By using these Products, you agree to comply with the applicable license terms governing such software. Copies of the relevant license information are available from the respective software providers.

DutchProNAS provides installation and configuration services only. We are not responsible for changes, updates, feature modifications or discontinuation of third-party open-source software by their respective developers.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Creating regular backups
• Protecting passwords and login credentials
• Installing software updates where applicable
• Using Products in accordance with supplied instructions

12. Limitation of Liability

DutchProNAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the Product concerned, except where prohibited by law.

13. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Force Majeure

DutchProNAS is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, transportation issues, natural disasters, internet outages or government measures.

15. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service, please contact us first. We aim to respond to all complaints within five business days.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images and product descriptions, is the property of DutchProNAS or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent Dutch court, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
