DutchProNAS respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (AVG). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Controller: DutchProNAS, Voorbeeldstraat 1, 1011 AB Amsterdam.

Data we collect

• Order data: name, email, shipping address — to process and deliver your order.
• Payment data: handled directly by Mollie. We receive a payment status and reference, not your full card or bank details.
• Technical data: minimal server logs needed to operate the site securely.

Why we process it (legal basis)

• Performance of the purchase contract (order & delivery).
• Legal obligations (e.g. tax and invoicing retention).
• Legitimate interest in securing and operating the website.

Processors & sharing

We share data only where necessary: with Mollie B.V. (payments), our shipping carrier (delivery), and our email/hosting infrastructure (which runs on our own private cloud). We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.

Retention

Order and invoice data is kept for the statutory period (7 years under Dutch tax law). Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email support@dutchpronas.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies required for the shop and checkout to work. No tracking or advertising cookies are set, so no consent banner is required.
